Our school leadership and faculty have benefitted tremendously from Anna Lisa’s expert coaching and support for the last few years. She is empathetic, highly intuitive to our needs as a school, and has also stretched our teams to think in new ways about how we work together and collaborate. For me as the incoming Head of School last year, one of the most valuable aspects of her work with our Leadership Team has been the way in which she has helped each of us to be better attuned to the individual communication styles and preferences within the group so that our interactions can be as positive and productive as possible.
